This quarter, we dispatched 4 units of metal polishing machine and 6 units of 508 belt-grinding deburring machine to two key Mediterranean industrial hubs: Ambarli Port (Istanbul, Turkey) and La Spezia (Italy). Below are the specific technical and logistics parameters for each destination.
1. Turkey Shipment (Ambarli Port): Focus on Automotive Castings
The consignment bound for Turkey targets Tier-1 automotive suppliers processing ductile iron and aluminum castings. To meet local ISO 9001:2025 and CE Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC clearance requirements, all units underwent additional vibration damping tests (not exceeding 2.5 mm/s amplitude). Packaging strictly followed IPPC ISPM-15 heat-treatment standards for wooden crates, with VCI (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) paper to withstand the 38-day sea transit via the Suez Canal.
2. Italy Shipment (La Spezia): Focus on Precision Surface Finishing
Units shipped to Italy serve the high-end furniture and aerospace fastener sectors. The critical acceptance criteria here are surface roughness (Ra ≤ 0.4 μm) for stainless steel and brass components. To comply with local UNI EN 12413 safety standards for bonded abrasives, we replaced standard grinding belts with ceramic-alumina hybrid belts, reducing thermal stress on workpieces. Containers are equipped with data-logging hygrometers to maintain humidity below 60% RH during the 32-day maritime route via Rotterdam.
3. On-Site Commissioning Schedule
Our technical team will initiate two-phase installation: remote AI-assisted vibration analysis for the Turkey units (Week 40, 2026) and on-ground calibration for the Italian units (Week 42), ensuring both shipments achieve a downtime-to-operation ratio of under 48 hours post-unloading.
